活動目標 Activity Objectives:

• 推動藝術普及 ：以攝影比賽為契機，拓展公眾對攝影的接觸與欣賞，進一步提升社會的美學素養。

• 培育新生力量 ：為青少年及兒童提供舞台，鼓勵他們展現才華，培養未來的藝術創作者。

• 促進文化交流：透過攝影，連結不同地區與文化背景的參賽者，推動多元文化的理解與融合。

• Promoting Art Accessibility: Using art competitions as a catalyst to broaden public engagement with and appreciation of the arts, thereby elevating society's aesthetic literacy.

• Nurturing Emerging Talent: Providing a platform for youth and children to showcase their talents, fostering the next generation of artistic creators.

• Facilitating Cultural Exchange: Connecting participants from diverse regions and cultural backgrounds through art, advancing multicultural understanding and integration.

參賽費用 Entry Fee:

• 本次賽事為免費參賽, 所有獲得的獎項及名次可自由選擇是否付費製作成獎狀或獎座

• Participation in this event is free entry. All awards and rankings earned may be optionally converted into certificates or trophies at an additional cost.

比賽項目 Competition Events：

• 比賽形式 : 拍攝/上傳參賽作品

參賽組別 Age Groups ： 

本屆比賽年齡分組以2026年為基準

• 幼兒高級組 (2021年出生)

• 兒童初級組 (2019 - 2020年出生)

• 兒童中級組 (2017 - 2018年出生)

• 兒童高級組 (2015 - 2016年出生)

• 少年組 (2012 - 2014年出生)

• 青年組 (2009 - 2011年出生)

• 公開組 (2008年或以前出生)

The age groups for this competition are based on the year 2026.

• Senior Kindergarten Group (Born in 2021)

• Junior Children's Group (Born in 2019 - 2020)

• Children Intermediate Group (Born 2017 - 2018)

• Children Senior Group (Born 2015 - 2016)

• Youth Group (Born 2012 - 2014)

• Junior Group (Born 2009 - 2011)

• Open Group (Born 2008 or earlier)

報名流程 Apply Process ：

• 根據參加人數填寫正確的報名表格

   - 個人報名

   - 團體報名（3人或以上）

• 作品要求

  - 攝影作品 : 可基本後期調整，例如 :亮度、對比度、裁剪，但不得過度修圖或 AI 合成

• 遞交方式

  以報名電話號碼 WhatsApp 上傳參賽作品

   - 可直接傳送作品檔案（JPG / PDF）或提供影片 / 作品連結(YouTube, Google Drive等...)

   - 註明作品是參加「攝影藝術比賽」和參賽者的報名姓名及參賽組別

• Complete the appropriate registration form based on the number of participants:

  - Individual Registration

  - Group Registration (3 or more people)

• Work Requirements

  - Photography: Basic post-processing adjustments are allowed (e.g., brightness, contrast, cropping), but excessive editing or AI compositing is prohibited.

• Submission Method

  Upload entries via WhatsApp using the registered phone number

  - Submit files directly (JPG/PDF) or provide links to videos/works (YouTube, Google Drive, etc.)

  - Clearly indicate the category (“Photography Art Competition”), the entrant's full name, and the competition category

評分標準 Grading Criteria :

評審會就以下範疇作出綜合評分，成績將評為0至100分

• 主題內容及演繹 - 30%

• 美感與視覺效果 - 25%

• 技巧與繪圖 - 25%

• 創意與原創性 - 20%

The judging panel will assign a composite score across the following categories, with results rated on a scale of 0 to 100 points:

• Theme Content and Interpretation - 30%

• Aesthetic Appeal and Visual Impact - 25%

• Technical Skill and Drafting - 25%

• Creativity and Originality - 20%

個人獎項 Individual Awards:

• 每組最高分的前三名：冠軍、亞軍、季軍（同分同獎制，可能多於一名）

• 其他名次依分數評定：

  金獎、銀獎、銅獎 (每組各佔大約30%)

   - 金獎 : 每個組別得70分或以上參賽者

   - 銀獎 : 每個組別得61-69分參賽者

   - 銅獎 : 每個組別得51-60分參賽者

   - 優異獎 : 每個組別得41-50分參賽者

   - 參與獎 : 其他參賽者

特別獎項

為表彰傑出作品，本次活動將另設以下榮譽獎項：

• 最佳創意大獎

• 卓越色彩大獎

• 卓越技巧大獎

• 至尊大師風格獎

以上獎項將由專業評審團隊依作品表現決定得獎者。

• Top three highest scores in each group: Champion, 2nd Place, 3rd Place (Tie-breaking rules apply; multiple winners possible)

• Other rankings determined by score:

  Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award (Approximately 30% of participants per group)

  - Gold Award: Participants scoring 70 points or above in each category

  - Silver Award: Participants scoring 61-69 points in each category

  - Bronze Award: Participants scoring 51-60 points in each category

  - Merit Award: Participants scoring 41-50 points in each category

  - Participation Award: All other participants

  
  

Special Awards

To recognize outstanding works, the following honorary awards will be presented at this event:

• Best Creative Award

• Excellence in Color Award

• Excellence in Technique Award

• Premium Master Style Award

Winners of the above awards will be determined by a professional judging panel based on the quality of the submitted works.

導師/團體獎項 Mentor/Group Awards :

任何機構或導師推薦五位以上或八位以上參賽者成功申請獎項，即可獲得「攝影培育貢獻獎」(獎狀/水晶獎座)，並會連同參賽者獎項一同發放。

Any organization or mentor who successfully recommends more than five or eight participants for award applications will receive the “Photography Talent Development Award” (certificate/crystal trophy), which will be issued together with the participants’ awards.

賽果公佈 Results Announcement :

• 於賽果公佈日, 主辦方會以 official@hkado.org 發送比賽結果到報名電郵地址

• On the day the results are announced, the organizer will send the competition results via official@hkado.org to the email address provided during registration.

條款及細則 Terms and Conditions :

a. 本協會信任並尊重評判根據其專業及經驗而作出的最後判斷，評判及本協會擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議；

b. 已繳交的所有獎項訂製費用，概不獲退還；

c. 如有任何爭議，本協會將保留最終決定權。

a. The Association trusts and respects the final judgment made by the judges based on their expertise and experience. The judges and the Association hold the final decision-making authority, and contestants may not raise objections;

b. All customization fees paid for awards are non-refundable;

c. In the event of any dispute, the Association reserves the final decision-making authority.
